In conjunction with Body One Physical Therapy, Brooks Integrative Training (BIT) announces its Winter Training Program for 2020. Led by licensed USA Cycling Coach Bob Brooks, the program is aimed at improving cycling performance for enthusiast cyclists, competitive cyclists, triathletes and adventure racers. Participants in Bob’s previous programs have improved performance at lactate threshold by 10% in just 6 short weeks. The first session begins Tuesday, January 7th, 2020.

The program also places a strong emphasis on functional core strength, the backbone of peak performance in any athletic endeavor. Core work is augmented with structured, performance enhancing cycling workouts conducted on Kurt Kinetic fluid trainers.

Classes are led by Coach Bob and are conducted from 6:15 – 7.45 pm Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Body One Physical Therapy facility. Thirty minutes of core conditioning is followed by a fun, challenging hour on your own bike.
